OAND Virtual Poster Session - Abstracts due March 15

Students and Professionals: share your research at the OAND Virtual Poster Session, May 6, 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm!

Last year’s OAND online poster session featured presentations of notable work by dietetic students and professionals working in the field. Be a part of this growing sector!

This year, the Poster Session will be hosted on a virtual platform, such as Flipgrid. Once your abstract is accepted, you will be asked to prepare and upload a single slide in PowerPoint. Graphics should be simple, colorful, and well labeled. Visual aids should clarify the design, procedures, and results of the project being presented. Diagrams, charts, figures, illustrations (photographs or drawings), etc. may be used. Files should be saved as a single page PDF. The purpose of the poster session is to use a display to summarize your study and findings. You may also be asked to submit a five minute video presentation. 

OAND will select abstracts within the student and non-student category. We will also offer a “Student Research Award” to the top poster submitted and presented by an OAND student member. To be considered for the student research award, a separate application needs to be submitted.
